Please read these booking conditions carefully. They govern all reservations made with Bali Best Driver.

Booking Requirements

All charters, tours, and hotels require official vouchers sent via email or WhatsApp and verified transaction logs.

Safety Procedures

Safety is our priority. Passengers must comply with safety protocols, vehicle rules, and driver advice at all times.

Secure Payments

Payments are processed securely via Xendit in IDR. Conversions are calculated using daily official exchange rates.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Bali Best Driver. By accessing our website, booking our private driver charters, tour packages, hotel rooms, activities, rentals, or tickets, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation voucher via Email or WhatsApp and full payment is completed (unless cash-on-delivery or pay-later option is explicitly agreed upon).

3. Payment Terms

We process secure online payments using major gateways (including Xendit for credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets). You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees levied by your bank.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, and members of the local communities visited. Bali Best Driver reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour without refund if a customer's behavior is dangerous, illegal, destructive, or highly offensive.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Bali Best Driver acts as an agent for third-party operators (hotels, adventure parks, ticket venues) and cannot be held liable for personal injury, illness, loss or damage of baggage, delays, or additional expenses caused by force majeure, weather conditions, volcanic eruptions, road closures, or actions beyond our direct control.

Is travel insurance included in my tour booking?

Our tour bookings do not automatically include personal travel insurance. We strongly advise all passengers to obtain comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings prior to arriving in Bali.

Can the driver adjust the itinerary on the day of the tour?

Yes! One of the key benefits of our private driver service is flexibility. You can discuss layout changes or route adjustments directly with your driver on the day of the tour, subject to distance limits and fuel limits.

What happens in case of volcanic eruptions or volcanic ash delays?

In cases of force majeure (such as airport closures due to Mount Agung volcanic activity), we will work with you to reschedule your private charters at no additional cost or process partial refunds where direct third-party services allow.
