How do I request deletion of my booking records?

You can request complete erasure of your personal data at any time. Simply send an email to hello@tripverse.id with your details, and our compliance officer will purge your records from our systems within 48 hours, except for essential tax transaction records required by Indonesian law.

Do you share my hotel location with anyone else?

Your hotel pickup details are shared strictly and exclusively with your assigned private driver or local tour operator to ensure seamless transportation. We never sell, trade, or rent this data to third-party advertising companies.
